Yesterday did not bring any significant weather!  I spied a single seabreeze storm on the east edge of Lake O about 3pm while I was up at Rybovich marina.  Today seems to be more of the same, I’ll have a peek at the synoptics but I bet subsidence has moved in and capped our t-storm chances!

Looking at soundings we have CAPE of 1490 and a LI of -2 from this morning.  when the 12Z comes out we’ll have more accurate info.  It’s possible, just a matter of the atmosphere cooperating.

NWS sticking to seabreeze initiated storms, as the flow across the region is easterly, they indicate a better chance or storms on the west coast. They note dry air in the mid/upper levels.  Indeed the op13 sounding shows that.  Thus why I’m not a meteorologist! (yet)
